Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Costify Estimation Service LLC ("Costify," "we," "us," or "our") website and your engagement of our construction cost estimating services. By requesting a quote, submitting drawings, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Costify provides construction cost estimating services, including takeoffs, BIM modeling, drawing and drafting support, and estimating across commercial, residential, industrial, demolition, landscaping, and related project types, as described on our Services pages. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for a given project are confirmed with the client before work begins.

Client Drawings & Confidentiality

Drawings, plans, and specifications you submit remain your property. We treat submitted project files as confidential and use them solely to prepare the requested estimate or deliverable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Pricing depends on the plan or engagement type selected — Professional Estimating (per project), Dedicated Estimating Support (monthly), or Tailored Estimating Services (custom, quoted per project). Payment terms, invoicing schedule, and accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of engagement. See our Pricing page for current published tiers.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated turnaround times are provided for planning purposes and may vary based on project size, complexity, and completeness of the drawings/plans submitted. We will communicate any changes to an expected delivery date as soon as they are known.

Limitation of Liability

Estimates provided by Costify are professional opinions of probable cost based on the information and drawings supplied. Actual construction costs may vary due to market conditions, scope changes, or factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Costify's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith direct communication between the parties. Further dispute resolution procedures (e.g., mediation, arbitration, governing jurisdiction) will be specified in the applicable client engagement agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
